New Project:

Demonstration Schedule:
I am now travelling extensively around New Zealand giving Demonstration and holding Workshops. If you would like to attend one of these, check for a location near you. Price List:
We have added two small fancy plaques to our stock, as well as a Freesia cutter. The four new Patchwork cutters are proving popular and can be viewed by following the link to the Patchwork website on the Links page (found at the bottom of this page).
Sugarcraft Classes:
A new one day course has been developed to cater for the many requests I get to learn the basics of covering a non-fruit cake with fondant and then decorating it 'simply'. Participants will learn how to cover a square, white chocolate & lime cake with white fondant and decorate it as if it were 'a present tied with a bow'. The second cake is a round brown chocolate cake covered in chocolate fondant. A stylised daisy will decorate the top and the techniques used for calligraphy will be taught on this cake. A photograph of these two cakes will be displayed shortly on the Classes page.
