Demonstration
Schedule:
I am now travelling extensively around New Zealand giving Demonstration and holding Workshops. If you would like to attend one of these, check for a location near you. Students Photos:
I have removed photos of my students work from the Flikr website as there has been a problem accessing them. All the photos are now stored on this website.
New photographs of students work have been added to the "Photo Galleries" page.
Sugar Projects:
There are two new projects for you to investigate. The cakes were actually made by my daughter for her boyfriend's 21st birthday. She based the one cake on a cake I had made before and the other on one from Debbie Brown's book.
Sugarcraft Classes:
As you are no doubt aware Government funding for
traditional Night Schools has been removed. Support from my students
has been such that I have decided to continue with my Night Classes.
The Night School Class link will give you details on each venue as
well as the courses offered and costs. If there is sufficient demand
I will run these courses during the day as well as at night.
